Hello Tank Tigers. Welcome to Tank Elementary School!

At Tank our mission is to empower students and staff to be responsible and respectful learners who celebrate and embrace diversity. Our 2018/2019 school learning goals focus on improved growth in the areas of literacy, math, and student engagement.

Programs at Tank are available for both general education and dual language students. In addition, special programs at Tank include Achievement Gap Reduction, which provides funding to close achievement gaps in literacy and math; Title One, which provides federal funding to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to receive high-quality education; PBIS, which encourages positive behavior throughout the school; CHAMPS, which focuses on increasing academic engagement; and the YMCA After School program.

The Wisconsin RtI Center and the Wisconsin PBIS Network again awarded Tank the Silver level in Behavior as part of the Wisconsin RtI Center's Recognized School's Program for the 2017/2018 school year.

Many organizations and individuals in the community support Tank School. We appreciate and capitalize on the support of organizations such as Wisconsin Public Service, RGL Logistics, Tetra Tech, The Thursday Morning Optimists, Ben’s Wish, First Presbyterian Church, The Altrusa Club, Woodland Church, Cellcom, The Green Bay West Rotary Club, and many others. Thanks to the generous support of our community partners, our students are able to participate in a variety of curricular and extracurricular activities including educational field trips, YMCA Camp U-Nah-Li-Ya, running club, and the community service group.

We are also fortunate to have many involved parents who support our students and staff. Here is what a Tank family said about our school:
